William ""Bill"" Spesshardt

William ""Bill"" Spesshardt, 87 of Aurora, Colorado, passed away peacefully December 28, 2018, Bill was born June 15, 1931 to his parents William Spesshardt and Caroline Cwick in Chicago, Illinois.

Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years Virginia, 4 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Bill attended school in many places such as Illinois, Indiana and Arkansas. He also Attended the University of Denver.

He spent 32 years in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard.

Bill was involved with the organization Other Side of the Mountain. During his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and watching the Denver Broncos who were often times disappointing.

He would be best described as a very humble man, although he accomplished much, he never wanted to be acknowledged for his amazing achievements.

In honor of Bill, a Visitation will be held 10:00AM to 11:30AM, Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home (11150 East Dartmouth Ave. Aurora, CO 80014). Funeral service to follow at 11:30AM. Graveside service, 1:30PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236), Staging Area ""B"".
