Portlock, grandmother of Beth (Jesse) Buchholtz & Brett Portlock & gt. grandmother of Jackson Portlock. Secretary for Adams County School District #50 for over 25 yrs. Was married to Richard J. Oliphant for over 50yrs before his passing in 2000. Memorial Services Friday 3:00PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant St., Thornton.
