Xuan Thi Tran

November 22, 1988 — March 15, 2020

Xuan Thi Tran, 31, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado sadly passed away on March 15, 2020 at St. Anthony’s Hospital. Born on November 22, 1988 in Vietnam, daughter of Tu Tran and Tot Lam. Xuan is survived by her fiance Phong Nguyen.

Xuan came to the United states in 2015 from Vietnam and lived with her sister, Cindy Tran until 2018, then moved in with her other sister, Giau Tran, mid 2018. She met her fiance, Phong Nguyen, end of 2018. She was one of the sweetest and most loving person that had ever came to live. She always had a smile from eye to eye. One of the most strong willed and caring person that anyone have ever seen. She had a bright future and had goals to get married and have kids. She moved in with her fiance and bought a house in 2019. During 2019, she was battling headaches and exhaustion, trying to determine the cause of her ailments, she and her fiance tried everything from acupuncture to medical treatments after test results revealed no evidence of any issues. On December 30, 2019, Xuan had a seizure that brought her to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The brain tumor blocked her spinal fluid causing pressure to build up and doctors had to operate to add a shunt to help the pressure. Because of where the tumor was and how long it was there, the risk of de-bulking was very high. The tumor grew and started hemorrhaging which caused bleeding in her brain, doctors tried operating to remove the tumor, but were too late, the brain stem ruptured and ended her life. She is now in a better place, no pain and nothing but joy. She will be remembered and always on our minds. We love you so much and you will be missed. Her ashes will go back to Vietnam to lay where she lived most of her life.
