Yetta Florence Shepherd

Yetta Florence Shepherd, age 83, of Thornton, passed away April 30, 2013 at her home. She was born in Danzig, North Dakota on September 6, 1926 to Samuel and Blondina (Herr) Stading. Yetta is survived by her son Richard (Patti) Shepherd; granddaughters Shannon and Erica Shepherd. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard T. Shepherd. Family will receive friends and guests on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 4:00 in the afternoon until 6:00 in the evening at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:00 in the morning also at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
