Yvonne F. Uphoff

Yvonne Uphoff, 81, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on May 30th, 2020 at her residence after a long battle in home hospice.

Rosary will be 6:00PM Thursday, June 11th at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227

Funeral services will be held 11:30AM Friday, June 12th, 2020 at Notre Dame Catholic Parish, 2190 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80219. Arrangements are by Horan & McConaty

Yvonne was born in Trinidad, Colorado on June 25, 1938. She married the love of her life, Mr. Philip Uphoff on May 14, 1960 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Denver, Colorado. She worked as a waitress for her entire adult life until she was able to retire and be home with her husband.

Yvonne loved her football but more importantly her Denver Broncos. In her spare time Yvonne loved being surrounded by her family and friends.

Yvonne is preceded in death by her father Charles, mother Deena, sister Delores, husband Philip, daughter Sharon and grandson Michael.

Yvonne is survived by her children Montgomery Jerome (Jeanne) Uphoff of Lakewood, Colorado, Lisa Renee Gatewood of Lakewood, Colorado; five grandchildren, Tasha Trujillo of Denver, Colorado, Shawnie (Steven) Smith of Firestone, Colorado, Austin Uphoff of Lakewood, Colorado, Autumn Uphoff of Denver, Colorado and Cameron Gatewood of Lakewood, Colorado; five great grandchildren, Adreano, Attilina, Kingston, Lincoln and Ryiah. Yvonne is also survived by her beautiful sister Patricia Martinez- Ortega.
