Charles Johnson

Charles “Charlie” or “Chuck” A. Johnson, 71 years old of Arvada, Colorado, formerly of Tempe, Arizona passed away on July 20, 2021 at Elms Haven Center in Thornton.

He was born on July 26, 1949 in Madison, Wisconsin to Charles and Emma (Millard) Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are two sisters, Jeneene Lowe of Wheat Ridge, Colorado and Jill Chase of Menomonie, Wisconsin; two nieces, Kathryn (Mark) Jacobson and Michelle Lowe; one nephew, Tom (Sheila) Lowe; two great-nephews, Daniel James Jacobson and Joshua Maurice Jacobson; and four great-nieces, Brittney Kay Lowe, Rachel Ann Lowe, Rebecca Faith Lowe and Bethany Hope Lowe.

Memorial Service will be held at Christ The King Episcopal Church, 6490 Carr Street, Arvada, CO 80004 on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 11:00am. A reception will follow in the Kempsell Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Christ The King Episcopal Church and/or to a charity of your choice.

Charles’ urn will be placed in a niche at The Church of the Epiphany in Tempe, Arizona.
