Elizabeth Padilla

Elizabeth Padilla, age 86, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Denver, Colorado on July 20, 1934 to Mary Romero and Francisco Moya.

Elizabeth’s life was her children and grandchildren, and she spent a significant amount time making a home for her family.  She enjoyed gambling and playing slot machines.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Lee Padilla Sr. She is survived by her 7 children Thomas Lee Padilla Jr. (Esther Hope Padilla), Chris Padilla, Donna Lee Padilla, Joseph Padilla (Mary Konkel), Michael Padilla (Tammy Padilla), John Padilla, Jacqueline Padilla She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several sisters and brothers.

There will be a public Visitation at Horan & McConaty, 3020 Federal Blvd, Denver, on Tuesday, March 30th at 6pm. This will be followed by a Rosary service at 7pm. A Funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday the 31st, at the same location, at 12pm.

Elizabeth will be laid to rest with her husband at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Burial services will be private, due to COVID 19 restrictions.
