Greg Gonzales

Greg, 50, of Commerce City, passed away August 12, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Celia Gonzales; children, Richard Gonzales (Anastasia Martinez), Mariah Garcia (Michael Oliver), Avel Sandoval (Jose Barraza), Ashley Gonzales (Claudia Bustillos), and Gregory Gonzales, Jr.; grandchildren, Genevieve, Jah’Nessa, Jacob, Michael, Jr., and Laila; father, Johnny Joe Gonzales; brothers, Benancio (Jovita) Gonzales, Eliseo (Amy) Gonzales, and Vincente (Roberta) Gonzales; and nieces & nephews, Naomi, Benancio, Jr., Makayla, Jennifer, Alejandro, Juan, Nevaeh, Eliseo, Jr., Christopher, Matthew, Adam, Xavier, Vincente, Jr., Annalicia, Felix, Aliana, and Analiyah. He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Gonzales.

Greg loved spending time with his family and was passionate about his grandkids. He was also an avid Broncos fan.

Visitation will be Friday, August 16, 2019 from 10am-12pm. Funeral Mass will follow at 12pm. Both will take place at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. a reception will follow at The American Legion in Commerce City.

In honor of Greg, the family encourages guests to wear their favorite Broncos gear to Greg’s services.
