Gregory Knapp

Gregory James Knapp, age 56, died in Denver on June 24, 2021.  He was a 1983 graduate of Cherry Creek High School where he was on the wrestling team.  He lived and worked in the metro Denver area.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents, William (“Bill”) and Joyce Knapp and his older brother Andy Knapp.  He is survived by his daughter, Chloe Knapp of the Chicago area, along with his siblings Andrea, Suzanne, Eric and Chris of Denver, and Karen Dahl of Tarpon Springs, Florida.

An avid collector of all things Spiderman, Greg also enjoyed rock concerts, softball, and cooking.

Greg was also an aspiring comedian, posting his “Joke of the Day” on his Facebook page almost every day for at least six years.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, July 24th, 2021 at Heritage Eagle Bend Clubhouse, 23155 E. Heritage Parkway, Aurora, Colorado at 11:00 am.

Spiderman attire is encouraged.
