Guadalupe Cardona

Guadalupe R. Cardona, age 73, of Commerce City, Colorado passed away on October 23, 2022. He was born on July 2, 1949 in Sterling, Colorado to Alvaro L. and Maria R. Cardona.

Guadalupe will be remembered for his skills as a gardener, and for the pride he took in his rose garden. He also had interests in wood carving, electronics, and enjoyed gambling in his free time. He loved football and was a proud fan of the Denver Broncos.

Guadalupe is survived by his sister Connie Munoz, his brothers Roberto Cardona, Reuben Cardona, and Eduardo Cardona, as well as his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Maria Garcia.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4 at 9am at Horan & McConaty Thornton Chapel, 9998 Grant St., 80229, followed by a Funeral Service at 10am. The Graveside Service will take place at 11:15am at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton, where Navy Honors will be conducted. There will be a reception to follow at Knights of Columbus No. 3285, 1096 E. Bridge St., 80601.

Guadalupe will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
