Hsiang-Wen Wong

Hsiang-Wen Lee Wong, age 69, passed away peacefully at her home in Denver on July 10, 2019.

Hsiang-Wen was born on March 31, 1950 to Tien-Chun Lee and Sin-Ler Kang Lee in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She obtained a degree from Chung Shan Medical University and became a Registered Nurse. Hsiang-Wen immigrated to the United States in 1977 and met her husband, Mel Wong, in Edmonton Canada. They were married and settled their family in Denver, Colorado in 1981.

Compassionate Hsiang-Wen was full of positivity and strength. She has been a blessing to anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. Hsiang-Wen had a passion for helping others and her significant love and kindness touched the lives of many. She was a dedicated and loving wife, who treasured her children, and relished her role as Po-Po to her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Mel Wong daughter Cecilia, son Allen, and sister I-Wen Evelyn Lin.
