Judy Woods

Judy Geraldine Giambrocco Woods was a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She went to Heaven suddenly on November 7, 2021 at the age of 85. She was born to Eve and Rocco Giambrocco on February 12, 1936 in North Denver. After graduating high school, Judy met her husband, Donald Woods. Together they had three children, Daniel, Susan, and David.

Judy loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. She was a hardworking mother who cared deeply about raising her children. She was a devout Catholic who loved her church and admired the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Catherine of Siena. She was a skilled bowler and enjoyed listening to her favorite music. Judy took great care of her beautiful home and garden and had perfect rose bushes throughout her yard.

Judy is survived by her brother, Michael Giambrocco, and sister, Cecelia Craven; her children, Daniel Woods, Susan Mead, and David Woods; seven grandchildren, Judy, Jackie, Amy, Nicole, Cheryl, Andrew, and Joseph; and 14 great-grandchildren Kami, Emma, Parker, Jade, Cody, Katie, Jayne, Madison, Anna, Blake, Wyatt, Clare, Lucy, and Cora.

A rosary will be held at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church on November 17th at 5pm. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10am on November 18th at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church at 4200 Federal Boulevard in Denver. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery at 12801 West 44th Avenue Wheatridge Colorado at. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Judy’s name to Saint Catherine of Siena Church .

Everyone is invited to a Dinner Reception to Celebrate Judy’s wonderful 85 years immediately following Judy’s burial at 3 Sons Italian Restaurant, 14805 West 64th Avenue, Arvada.
