Lucinda Marie “Cindy” (DeClue) Boyer, 71 of Littleton, CO passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30, 2021 with her husband and daughter by her side. Cindy was born on December 2, 1949 in Old Mines, MO to Columbus “Mog” and Julia Edna (Coleman) DeClue.
Cindy grew up in Missouri along with her six siblings. In 1968, she graduated from Potosi High School. On September 25, 1971, Cindy married the love of her life, Donald “Donnie” Boyer, recently celebrating 50 wonderful years together. One of her greatest joys was being a mom to their daughter, Heather. They lived in DeSoto, MO until 1985 when she and her family moved to Littleton, CO. After many vacations to Colorado, she fell in love with the mountains and knew where they were meant to be. Mount Evans was her favorite place to visit. Cindy truly loved her family and being with them, but nothing compared to the time she had with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Boyer of Littleton, CO; her daughter, Heather (Josh) Matthews and her two grandchildren, Hailey and Tyler Matthews of Highlands Ranch, CO; and her brother Kenneth (Susan) DeClue of St Peters, MO.
