Marjorie Cervi

July 31, 1923 — August 3, 2019

Marjorie (Marge) W. Cervi, 96 of Littleton, Colorado passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019. Marge was born on July 31, 1923, outside Brownstown, Illinois; to Otis and Pearl (Morris) Willms. Otis and Pearl had four children; she was their third child. Marge grew up on a farm and graduated from Brownstown High School. During World War II, Marge worked for the government agency that would become the I.R.S. While living in Hawaii and working for the government, she met John E. Cervi. They were married on December 18, 1951. Following the war, Marge worked as an accountant in the private sector. Marge's favorite activities included spending time with family and friends. She participated in Mullen Mothers' Bowling League and various bridge groups until she was 92 years old. Marge was preceded in death by her husband: John Cervi, her parents: Otis and Pearl Willms, her brothers: Elwin and Delbert Willms, her sister: Elta (Willms) Smith and her brother in law: Gerald Smith. Marge is survived by her children: Sheryl (David) Hollingsworth, Westminster, CO; Peter (Cindy) Cervi, Carlisle, PA; and James Cervi, Red Rock, AZ. Her grandchildren are: Bethany (Joel) Wagner, San Antonio, TX; Melissa (Ilya) Vezikov, Virginia Beach, VA; Mary Lynn (Babak) Bizzak, Singapore; Daniel Cervi, NYC, NY; Zach Cervi, Firestone, CO; Cody (Chelsea) Cervi, Littleton, CO; Calynn Cervi, Parker, CO. She has five great grandchildren and is expecting another great grandchild in September.
