Nancy Johnston

Nancy Noreen Johnston of Aurora, Colorado passed on Sunday October 3rd after a courageous battle with cancer.  Nancy’s family and friends were at her side throughout her journey and she never gave up the fight to recover her health.  Nancy was born in New Haven, Connecticut and raised in Guilford, Connecticut a seaside town on Long Island Sound where she developed a lifelong passion for being near the water and fishing.  Nancy and her husband Jeff, were never happier than when they were fishing, boating, cooking or pampering their rescued pets.  Home improvement was another of Nancy’s hobbies and she spent many hours doing projects in her beautiful house and yard.  Nancy also had a distinguished 25 year career at Frontier Airlines where she formed lifelong friendships with dozens of co-workers.  Nancy will be terribly missed by her husband Jeff, her brothers Bill and Patrick and all of her friends and pets.

Her spirit of loving kindness, hard work and independence will live on forever in everyone who knew and loved her.
