Ramona Delgado

Ramona Delgado, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, left this earth on March 7th 2018 at the age of 93. Ramona is survived by her children Francisca Batchler (John), Richard Delgado, Sara Goodrich (Craig), Thomas Delgado (Robin), Elizabeth Rangel (Jose), Christina Kerr (Gary), Felicia Buenrostro (Efren), 29 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Ramona was born to Anastacia Mendoza Vega and Pablo Vega. She was married to her eternal companion Salvador Delgado on December 21, 1946, who preceded her in death in 2006. She was a dedicated daughter and mother, giving service freely and always remembering those who needed a shoulder to lean on. She possessed many talents and hobbies including tying flies, gardening, reading, crocheting, embroidery and quilting by hand. She was gracious, valiant and courageous throughout life and to the end. She was faithful to her testimony of Christ and did the best she could to follow His example. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM in the Horan & McConaty Family Room, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Columbine Stake Building, 6705 South Webster Street, Littleton, Colorado, followed by a reception at the church.
