Ruth Warmath

78, of Denver, passed away peacefully at her home on October 8, 2018. She was born June 26, 1940 in Memphis, TN to the late John and Bonnie Spalding. She grew up in Frayser (Memphis), TN and graduated from Frayser HS in 1958. She graduated from Memphis State Univ. in 1961 then later taught business subjects at Westside HS in Frayser. She lived in San Antonio, TX and Ann Arbor, MI before moving to Denver in 1970. Ruth is survived her longtime companion, Bob Richardson; her daughter, Melanie (Steve) Anthony; daughter in law, Sylvie Warmath; six grandchildren, Hannah, Lily, Abby, Will, Clara and Sophie. Ruth was preceded in death by her son, John Kevin Warmath; and sister, Janice George. Ruth was a long-standing member of Cherry Hills Community Church. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Friday, October 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Horan & McConaty, 5303 E. County Line Rd., Centennial.
