Steven Duane Alles, a long time resident of Colorado, died after a courageous fight with cancer on September 8th, 2021. Steve was born on 2/27/1961 in Saginaw, Michigan to the parents Dee and Duane Alles. Steve was a father, brother, husband, son, dog-lover and a friend to many. He enjoyed the outdoors and when not in Littleton, he could be found in the mountains with the people he loved. From camping to hiking, he was a true outdoorsman. Steve was also an expert salesman in many fields. From insurance to furniture, he was a very capable businessman.
Steve married Debbie Fleminger in 1984 and together they had two incomparable children. Chelsea and Conner were by his side throughout his adventure filled life. A life filled with amazing adventures, life long lessons and fantastic memories. Steve is survived by his children Chelsea, living in Dallas with her husband, Aaron, and Conner, living in Littleton with his girlfriend, Melissa. Steve is also survived by his siblings Dawn (Doug), Scott (Lori), Rebecca (Billy), Linda, and Jane (Emile) as well as his mother, Dee and many nieces and nephews.
Steve, always an animal lover, is missed by his dog Snickers who allowed him the opportunity to befriend other dogs (and their owners) in his neighborhood.
Steve will be greatly missed by many family and friends. He cared deeply for his friends, family, neighbors. He was a listener, a story-teller, a wild-man and the best dad ever. He will be missed, but we know he is still in our hearts. Love you dad.
