Terrence "Terry" Johnson

Terry was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, the second of two sons raised by Dallice and Delia Johnson.  He married Joan Musich on January 11, 1958, with whom he formed an inseparable bond for the next 60 years until her passing in 2018. Terry is survived by his children Jake, Tracy, and Joe, their spouses Nita and Matt; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Gabriel, Annalise and Olivea; and many nieces and nephews.

Terry was soft-spoken but funny and completely honest. He worked hard and was devoted to his family and the local community – spending countless hours volunteering to help those less fortunate than himself.  He loved meeting new people, eating a good meal and he never met a dog he didn’t like. Terry brought joy to others with thoughtful gifts, a friendly smile and his big blue eyes.  May he find as much love in the next life as he brought to people in this one.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 11:00am at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, Colorado, with a reception to immediately follow the service.
