Susan Chavez, born January 26, 1951, passed away August 3, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Anthony and her children Nicholas, Kimberly and Lucas. Rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 7 at 7:00pm. The Funeral Mass is Wednesday, August 8 11 am. Both services to be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 7595 Federal Blvd. A reception will follow at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home Reception Center, 7577 W. 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado.
