Funding Options

Live with peace of mind and ease the stress on your loved ones—both now and later—by funding your funeral arrangements in advance. In addition to removing emotional and financial burdens from family members, your pre-funded funeral ensures your final expenses are price-protected years in advance of your need.

Two Ways to Arrange a Prepaid Funeral

Option 1: Prepay in full. The funds will be placed in a secure trust, and the price of the funeral and any merchandise you select will be guaranteed and protected against future price increases and inflation. If you move away in the future, we can arrange for the trust to be transferred to a different funeral home.

Option 2: Prepay through life insurance. This allows you to pay for your plan in advance through monthly installments. Your funding will be backed by a national industry leader with thousands of pre-need insurance policies in force. Our insurance plan is exempt from federal income tax when paid to a named beneficiary.

Merchandise and Funeral Costs

Funeral merchandise includes items such as a casket or urn as well as memorial keepsakes. Pre-planning allows you to control the cost of a funeral by selecting merchandise that does not exceed what you want to pay.

Your funeral director will meet with you to show you quality merchandise and assist you in selecting the items that best fit your tastes and budget. Once you’ve selected the items you prefer, the costs will be locked in by your prepayment, offsetting the risk of rising funeral costs from inflation in the future.
